General Job Description

Healthwaves Corporate Wellness Team is a pioneer and the premier provider of preventive medicine services to Fortune 500 companies in Arizona and the southwestern United States, since 1986. As a member of the Healthwaves Corporate Wellness Team, your primary responsibility would be health promotion. This includes performing on-site employee health and fitness screenings as part of the finest team in the country. Testing programs include vital signs, body fat, cholesterol and lab screenings, cardiovascular fitness via step test or treadmill, lung function, flexibility and strength measurements, osteoporosis screening, travel/flu immunizations, and more. You will also be analyzing and preparing individual health reports and group health reports, as well as counseling wellness program participants. Our focus is to save lives on the front end and improve quality of life. For the right individual, what we do is why you entered the health field. Desirable Skills and Requirements

Enthusiastic interest in fitness required
Venipuncture (blood drawing) experience preferred
Fun personality that enjoys interacting with new people on a daily basis
